    The AI on my food tracking app, guessed this at 1129 calories, 72g protein, 87g fat and 16 carb. That fat hurts, but otherwise lower than I thought!

    Some really interesting combinations here…. I have never had avocado with honey but sounds worth a try! I’m not getting the addition of blueberries … is that a thing?

    That’s a lot of calories with no fiber, personally I’d have replaced one of the proteins with a big salad no dressing 

    Just looked at your post history you are doing IF – I also do IF and if that is your only meal the calories make sense but there are a lot of nutrients you are missing
