Hey guys, welcome to Tastes TV. I’m Chef Joseph. Today we’re doing spanicopa. If you don’t know what that is, it’s spinach pie. Mine’s real easy. We rolled it with a few ingredients and it’s absolutely fantastic. So don’t So the first thing you’re going to need is some kind of spinach, right? I’ve taken the spinach. I’ve cooked it a little bit. A little bit of uh olive oil and garlic. Nothing special. Okay, folks. This is a cup of feta. We’re using Greek feta right in the bowl. Next, we need two eggs. I don’t add salt because the feta is really salty, but I do add black pepper. I add just a little bit of seasoned breadrumbs. Just a little juice of one lemon. Good. Mix really good. Action. So, we have fela dough and we’re going to cut it probably in about 3×3 squares. Roll it. They look like that. Next, you want to put some butter right over the top. All over it. Bake in the oven. 375 25 minutes. Here you go. The spinach and feta. There are no rules in cooking, my friends.
