
8 tbsp egg whites
1/4 cup cottage cheese, blended and added to egg whites
Half a laughing cow cheese wedge added
Zucchini, tomatoes, basil, spinach.
All cooked in a tiny drizzle of avocado oil
100 calorie English muffin
3 tbsp rehydrated PB2 (just add a little water)
This is all about 375 calories and 33 grams of protein! And delicious.

Brilliant! This may have changed my life. This hack of combining PB2 with honey may actually get me off my very late night peanut butter addiction. I may actually be able to detox myself. Can’t wait to try it and count the calories. How did you figure that out?
