The Vegas interpretation of Cote, which opens on October 4th, expands that winning formula—literally. It’s a 17,000-square-foot, 200-plus seat, multi-story space that occupies the former home of luxury department store Barneys in the Venetian Las Vegas. The restaurant is a key part of the property’s $1.5 billion renovation says Patrick Nichols, chief executive officer and president of the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, who wants the property to be the culinary leader on the Strip.
