Ingredients
• 100 g low-fat paneer/ TOFU
• 4 tbsp yogurt (low-fat or Greek yogurt)
• 3–4 garlic cloves (or 1 tsp garlic powder if fresh not available)
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp paprika powder or 1–2 soaked red chilies (in warm water)
• ½ tsp red chili powder (optional, for extra heat)
• Juice of ½ lime
• 1 red bell pepper (to roast)
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (optional, for garnish)

Method
1. Roast the Bell Pepper
• Place the red bell pepper directly on an open flame, grill, or oven until the skin is charred and blistered.
• Peel off the skin once slightly cooled, deseed, and chop roughly.
2. Prepare the Dressing Base
• In a blender, add paneer, yogurt, roasted red bell pepper, garlic (or garlic powder), paprika or soaked red chili, red chili powder, salt, and lime juice.
3. Blend It Smooth
• Blend until you get a creamy, smooth dressing consistency.
• Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Finish & Serve
• Stir in freshly chopped coriander for freshness.
