I created this – prices are of 10/3/2025 and I used a Walmart based in Southern California. YMMV on the cost. I used the pre-sale costs for these, but some of the ingredients were actually on sale at my local Walmart, so you might save a couple dollars. Recipe cards are made specifically w/ this meal plan in mind for a family of 4 (the soups may make more servings). If you have other spices and herbs in your pantry, I recommend adding it to the meals for a little extra razzle dazzle ✨ If not then the essential spices are included (besides s&p). hope y’all can eats wells this week

How are you getting a lime for 50 cents and a tomato for 28 cents at ANY Walmart?

Not being from the US, can I ask what Italian style cheese is? I’m assuming ricotta, or mozzarella maybe?

This is awesome work. The rotisserie chicken, check the refrigerated meals section near the deli – Walmart will usually slash the prices down quite a bit. I’ve seen them as low as $2. Similarly with the pre-sliced deli meat – those would get discounted as well.
