– 40 g (1,1/2 oz) of parmesan

Bake at 200 C (400 f) for 30 minutes. 100 g (4 oz) of cheese. I used Montasio. Rocket. 4 slices of ham. Bake at 180 C (360 F) for 7-10 minutes. Delightful! Bon appetit friends!
