Used up all the wonderful delicious hot chili oil. So many uses. For example, the 12 year old loves it when I fry his eggs in it, also squeeze it in the ramen.

But I need to do something with the oil soaked peppers remaining. They're too good to just waste. I am considering "marinating" a few chicken thighs in the slurry.

Open to other ideas. Hit me!

Those bits are terrific in scrambled eggs in my experience, that’s one possibility

Why not eat them? Add them to your fried rice or noodles

  3. My go-to for chili oil is put a heaping scoop in chicken and rice with a little teriyaki sauce. Slightly sweet with a good burn

Throw that out and get laoganma. Way better

Mix into cream cheese, serve on a bagel. I do this a lot with the Lao Gan Ma

Add to mayo/sour cream and lime juice for a very simple fish taco sauce. I finish my steak, chicken, beef ribs sometime just brush it on and let it get a bit crispy. Marinade sounds great too.

When I eat Ramen, I stirfry a shit ton of vegetables and it tastes really good to mix that in and I kind of eat it on the side with my Ramen
