Got more to pick. One final round this weekend. The Aji Melocoton and Lemon Drop plants are loaded. Been loaded all year long. Sugar Rush just finished up. Got some fermenting and have fermented and blended some for the year as well. Pepper flakes coming up!

    Dang! I’ve only ever dehydrated after cutting my peppers. That would be so cool to have them stay whole like that!

    Regarding the dehydrator, what temperature do you use it at and for approximately how many hours, keeping them whole? I’ve always cut them up for fear of taking too long

    Same dude same. I dehydrated EVERYTHING. Ended up breaking my dehydrator cuz it was on for about 3 weeks nonstop 😂

    I dry some whole (but slice them in a couple spots) but mostly cut and remove seeds for a cleaner grind. Whole are for looks, cut and seeded are for grind 😉.

    Great haul! You should smoke the last batch for some dyno-supreme chili flakes. I dehydrate them to the halfway point then smoke em till crispy.
