I believe this is a variety of Serrano and jalapeño peppers – home grown. Honestly, I thought I planted banana peppers, but here we are LOL. Not enough to pickle separately. Has anyone combined different breeds when jarring? If yes, any recipe ideas?

    Gift. Hang dry. Dehydrate. Chop/dice and freeze. Obviously cook and eat what you can before spoilage. Canning and pickling is a whole ‘thing’ if you want to hop down that particular rabbit hole.

    Roast with white onions, garlic cloves, and Italian sausage. Pour over some red sauce and top it off with mozzarella. Or roast and make chile and sausage pizza.
