I studied abroad in Seoul for 3 months and have always been on the hunt, after moving to NYC, for a casual soup restaurants like ones I often visited in Seoul. Most times they would only serve soups and mandu. Absolutely loved Hayang Beef Stew and Seoul Style Gukbap, would love to find them in the city.
