It looks pretty cool. But I’m a stickler for buying another appliance that takes up space. I only sous vide once or twice a month, so I’d stick with the regular one that I bought for around $120.
But if you are using it weekly or pre then I could see grabbing one.
The size of the device would seem to be the sticking point.
Not many people will get use out of a device that small
Super tiny dry oven turn wet oven during cooking. Just like any oven, air is a poor conductor of heat. The only temperature it can measure is the container and the probe. Unlike real oven, does not get hot enough to sear. Basically worst attributes of an oven.
