How much do people here crave a really good fresh silky smooth hummus bowls? Made and mixed in small batches, topped with warm chickpeas/msabaha or maybe spiced beef with pine nuts, parsley, good olive oil, tatbileh for spicy sour kick, can add an over night boiled egg (haminados), pickles on the side and really good pitas. That’s it.

Very filling, nutritious, packed with protein and even vegan (without egg or beef).

I feel like a ton of establishments sell hummus but they all have a bunch of other items and the hummus is always mid, not very fresh or not creamy (more grainy and thick). If you’ve ever had a really good hummus bowl you know (And if not, you need to).

How likely are you to enjoy something like in the photos as a whole meal or how excited will you be to have that available potentially?
