Enjoyed this special bottle for our 10-year anniversary. Still so fresh and vibrant – a core of citrus and green apple with that signature Dom Pérignon creaminess and fine mousse. Hints of brioche and almond are just starting to show, but the wine is still driven by its youthful energy. Elegant, precise, and already absolutely delicious, yet clearly with many more years of life ahead like our relationship 🙂
