








I bought a Smokin-It #2 Analog at the beginning of August and im glad I did! The ease of setup/cleanup and the delicious food it delivers makes it worth every penny! Here are some of the various foods smoked:

Looks fantastic.
After rest and bone pull, do you shred away or do you pick by hand first and separate meat then put it to the claws?
I miss that show.
