This is The Mean from Mean Sandwiches in Seattle. I’ve had it before. Hell, I’m pretty sure I’ve posted about it before.
But I’ve now gone around their entire menu and eaten everything else and I can’t get enough of this legend.
Thick griddled corned beef, pickled red cabbage, house grain mustard and mint on a soft potato roll. Side of potato skins and their spicy remoulade dip.
Unreal.

Looks fantastic! I love corned beef, and I love pickled red cabbage. My favourite Arabic restaurant has a red cabbage salad that blows my mind every time I eat it
