very luxurious chicken shawarma platter. it. First of all, we have taken boneless
chicken. We have cut the chicken
into small strips like this. The weight of the chicken is about 300 grams. Okay, now we will add some spices to it. First of all, we will add 1/4 cup of regular – homemade yogurt. Now we will add salt 1 tsp One teaspoon red chili crushed Cumin powder 1 tsp Red chili powder One teaspoon – tandoori masala One tablespoon black pepper powder Half a teaspoon Oregano half teaspoon Garlic powder 1 tsp If you have it, add – it If you don’t have it, add garlic paste instead – Orange food color This is also 1/4 teaspoon – It is just for color The color of the chicken will – come out very well If you have it, add it If you – don’t have it, skip it It is not that important – because the taste has nothing to do with it – We will mix it well Well I have added tandoori – masala here It makes this chicken very flavorful You – can take any brand There are easily available in – the market Such flavorful spices So you should – keep them at home They are very useful All these spices mix it well And now there is no special
need for its marinating – Because the way we
are going to cook it, it is very good and – flavorful It will be ready, Take a PAN. add the oil that is here, I – will use two tablespoons of oil, do not add more than that. We – will put all our
chicken here and now we will fry
the chicken well for – the first two to three
minutes in this oil. We will immediately – cover it and leave it to cook for seven to eight minutes. The pieces of chicken are very small, so it will – cook very well in this time, but if necessary, you can – give it eight to 10 minutes. After seven to eight – minutes, remove the cover and check the curd. I have left – enough water in the chicken. There is still a lot of water – left in the chicken. So, just cook the chicken – because it is well done. Now, we will turn the stove – on medium so that all the water in it dries up. Now, we will add one teaspoon of hot sauce, one tablespoon of soy sauce one tablespoon – of vinegar, and mix it. We have to keep the stove – on medium-high so that all the extra water – in it dries up because we need the chicken in dry form. All the water has
dried up. We have cooked the chicken
well here, so that’s – it. This chicken is
ready, keep it aside and make the shawarma – sauce on the other side. For this, we have taken a – blending jug here and we will add half a cup
of mayonnaise to it. We have taken plain
mayonnaise, which is used for dressing most – salads. Now we will add one tablespoon of
white sesame seeds, one teaspoon of finely chopped garlic, one
tablespoon of oil, one – teaspoon of
vinegar, salt, a pinch, not too much because – mayonnaise already contains salt, so we – will add a little here, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper – powder, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano. That’s all. Now – these are the things here, which we have to blend
well here and this work – can also be done in
a blending jug, but I am using a hand – blender here. In this way, this shawarma sauce – will be prepared easily. Well, I have seen many times – that people here
also use yogurt, so even then the sauce is – very tasty. But if you want to reserve the sauce for – a longer period of time, then don’t use yogurt. The – sauce made from yogurt will only last for a day or – two, after which it will go bad. On the other hand, we – have to make a salad here, so we have to take a
large bowl and put – some vegetables in
it. First, we will add cabbage, which is both – white and purple, along with onion, which I
have also cut into – slices, one tomato
and one bell pepper. I have cut all
these vegetables in – julienne shape and
cut them very finely. I had removed all the
seeds inside the tomato – because the seeds
contain water and it is not needed. Now, we have to add – only one teaspoon
of lemon juice to it, not too much. This – will make the flavor of the vegetables very – delicious. If necessary, add a pinch of salt to – it, but I have skipped it, so just mix all these – vegetables lightly. You can skip whatever – vegetables you want to skip, and if you want – to add something else, you can do that too. There is no hard and fast rule, you just have to – do what I have told you . You have to use your favorite – vegetables, use the
shawarma that is always your favorite. Do
it so that it tastes – good to eat. All
the things are ready. Now it’s the final step. One number. We will assemble the shawarma – that is here so that you can get an idea
of how the shawarma – is assembled. The
second is that we will then make its
platter. One number. Here, in this way, I
have taken pita bread. This kind of bread is
used to make shawarma – and it is easily available
from the bakery. It is better to make it at – home. You can get it from there. It is cheap. If you want to – make it at home, if you want to make it in
large quantity, then – make it at home.
But if you want to make it in a small quantity, then it is better to take it from there. One here, I – have taken the bread and we will assemble it in this – way. We will put a little red sauce on it. This – is the chili sauce. If you have it, this is it. And now we will put the – white shawarma sauce that we have just – made on top of it. We will spread it well
on the whole bread. We will put the first
layer on top of it. Put vegetables in a
good quantity. After – that, we will put the
chicken on top of it. Put some vegetables – and a little bit of white sauce on top. That’s
all. This shawarma – is completely assembled. Now we will fold it slightly. When – we make it at home like this, who will believe that – you have made it at home? You have to fold it well. So – here is the
shawarma. It is ready. Now basically, we
are going to make – a shawarma platter
here. For this, we have to slice the
bread that is pita – bread. Divide one
bread into four parts and make small pieces
so that when the platter – is decorated in
this way in high tea, the small parts of everything – are together. We will put the shawarma that
we have just made – on it, then we will
put the chicken here in a small quantity,
we will put the – chicken in a small
quantity, along with the salad sauces in a small – quantity, which includes white shawarma sauce that we have – made ourselves and the other is chili garlic sauce, and here is our special shawarma – platter for high tea, which is ready. Whenever
