Avocado Tartare With Shrimp :
– diced red onion
– diced tomato
– diced jalapeño
– avocado oil drizzle
– salt & pepper
– mashed avocado (with a little lemon juice)
– Cilantro (I didn’t have any)
– use a circular mold and assemble this mixed salad on a plate. Top with shrimp.

Shrimp:
– mix in bowlwith shrimp: olive oil drizzle, smoked paprika, fajita seasoning, black pepper
– Air fry 8-10 minutes on 400F (internal temp of shrimp must be 145F for safe consumption)
– place shrimp on top of each tartare mold and enjoy!

  4. That’s guacamole with grilled shrimp! The “Tartare” part implies that there’s raw shrimp in the dish and there simply isn’t.
