Cooked to about 130 internal on a charcoal grill then rested for 15 minutes. Put back on for about 3-5 minutes depending on thickness to get back to serving temperature.

    I love making short rib kabobs. I will marinate them in a mix of huy fong chili garlic sauce and soy sauce before grilling and it’s pretty fantastic.

    They look amazing! How was the texture? Were they tender? I’ve always been tempted to but these but I have heard people say they are better braised and not good when cooked like a steak.
