Hi everyone, welcome back. Uh tonight, this is what’s cooking. I have the Mediterranean roasted chicken breast with lemon herb brown rice risoto and I have had this before. I love it and I ordered it again. It was so simple. Just a few instructions here, a few ingredients and uh this is how it turned out. So, I went ahead and I took my food out and then I put in um the Parmesan cheese and everything is melted. So, I’m just going to go ahead and plate that. Hope you had a wonderful day today. I did. that I worked at. Namaste. And I came home to my beautiful little puppies. I have three dogs, two Frenchies, and a English bulldog. Very simple. And to this um you could add like broccoli or green beans to the risoto dish and let that cook in um at the same time. But um tonight is just um the two the brown rice risoto and the chicken with the Mediterranean herbs. And this recipe was 480 calories, 18 fats, 30 carbs, three fiber, one sugar, and 44 protein. So, great way to end the evening. To the risoto, I did add 2 tablespoon of water and then the parmesan cheese when it was done. And you have a delicious, healthy meal in 20 minutes. It’s wonderful.
