253g of basmati rice made with chicken broth, oil was added
okra stew but the weight is without okra, and multiple garlic cloves. the stew base is made of tomato and tomato paste, also has oil. it’s 165g but i only had 47g.
salad, like 5 spoonfuls? it’s made with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet corn, bell peppers, lemon juice, and a bit of dried cilantro.

    Basmati rice would be about 330 calories. If it’s homemade chicken broth it could be a bit higher.

    Just to be clear did you eat the okra? It’s not very high calorie in itself so it wouldn’t make a huge difference. I’d give the stew 120 Maximum. But you didn’t eat it all so probably closer to 60-70?

    The salad, don’t both counting it. Five spoonfuls is negligible but if you really need to I’d just count it at 25.
