use them in food? they store well. you can rehydrate them and make salsa.

Since they’re dried you could try a super hot chili crunch. I have some ghost and scotch bonnets drying right now for that reason. Crushed and add to pizza pasta or popcorn Rehydrate and use for pepper jelly Rehydrate and make hot sauce
