Looks fine, rack of lamb can be cooked medium-rare as long as the outside is well seared which in this case is.

    urks that looks ugly 🤮🤮

probably fine i dunno but damn does that look nasty

  3. These look like smoked lamb ribs, the pink colour isn’t a sign of being undercooked, it’s a product of the smoke.

These look very well cooked, and delicious! Though lamb ribs are quite fatty and even slow cooked they may have a lot of untended fat that some people don’t like.

Few minutes longer, I think. Little bit too pink in the middle

I would absolutely smash that and ask for a third helping.

Do you think you need to overcook lamb? That looks great!

Lamb is one of those meats that can be eaten however, so long as the surface is properly cooked, which this is

    Yes it’s cooked.
Lamb can be pink/red like a cow and pig can

Yes, and it looks perfect. Seriously. That is one of the best looking pieces of lamb I have ever seen. The greatest harm one can do to lamb is to overcook it. What was your cooking process? I would very much like to try and replicate what you did. Nicely done.

Y’all saying “lamb can be pink” or “it’s raw” clearly aren’t actually using your brains. It’s smoked. It’s well done in the center. The pink is the smoke ring.

I recommend investing in a meat thermometer so you can cook to ideal temperatures but looks good!!!
