I always tried to keep things fresh and exciting with my home bakery. I found success in blending creativity with trends with classic craveable things. Make it fun, make it delicious, and people will buy it, in droves. Always have your next idea on deck and switch to it when sales start to die down. If you're looking for something unique and delicious to add to your menu, give these Dessert Tacos a shot. My sales nearly tripled for a solid 6 months before the demand trickled off. People were coming to find me at markets to buy them to eat on insta and tiktok. Once you get the blueprint down, it's easy to come up with new flavors. If anyone has any questions, I'm here for you <3

My retort:
Choco Tacos.
Great idea. Cookies for the “tortillas” or what?
canolli pretty much that. tube is probably the superior eating form factor to me.
I once won a prize at a chocolate competition/fundraiser with this concept. We made shaped tuile cookies for the taco shell and piped chocolate mousse inside. The guest could garnish as they pleased. Chopped strawberries for tomato. Green tinted shredded coconut for lettuce. It was a big hit with kids.
My teeth hurts by looking at this.
Did you just (re)invent the canolli?
Yes please
They’re cute! Whats on the inside? Icing?
