    For Pasta:
    • Wheat Pasta (boiled in salted water with a bit of oil)

    For Vegetables:
    • Lettuce (chopped)
    • 1 Onion (diced)
    • 1 Cucumber (diced)
    • Black Olives (as per your taste)
    • Green Olives (as per your taste)
    • 1 Tomato (diced)
    • 1 tsp Oregano
    • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
    • Salt (to taste)

    For Dressing:
    • 10-12 soaked Cashews
    • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or 3-4 Garlic Cloves
    • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    • Parsley (chopped)
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • 100 gm Tofu

What I like about u Aparna is that ur recipes r easy on the stomach and fast to make and u give the recipe to follow easily thanku so much .I don't like when people give an easy to follow recipe but say at the same time go to my website etc etc for the recipe that's all nonsense and a waste of time for u to subscribe then only to get a recipe so I think what u r doing is great..thanku for being kind to those who don't know much about cooking thanku

  4. I wish you started saying, healthy instead of weight loss. A lot of the men (as majority of the men are usually trying gain weight ) do not even listen to the recipe after hearing the word weight loss.
