I was at an estate sale and I found this book by Helen Corbitt. She was the director of restaurants at the Neiman Marcus store in Dallas. ( department stores used to have fancy restaurants) She tested all the recipes at dinner parties at her home before they went into production at the restaurant. So interesting and the food is amazing. Will to share some pages if anyones interested….

Im curious about the inscription inside the dust jacket (looks like Christmas something) and what recipes you’ve spotted that sound interesting?
This is my Mom’s favorite cookbook. I’ve made several recipes from it, especially the meatloaf (complete with hidden hard boiled eggs). Great find!
