This week’s meal prep lineup:

• Spätzle with beef goulash and
red cabbage
(beef, mushrooms, onions, tomato paste, broth, a touch of cornstarch, and red cabbage on the side)
• Chicken Korma with basmati rice
(chicken, coconut milk, peas, tomato paste, onion, garlic, ginger, ground almonds, and Indian spices)
• Potato, leek & broccoli casserole
with chicken strips
(potatoes, leek, broccoli, cream, mozzarella, salt, pepper, nutmeg; chicken marinated in yogurt, onion, and spices)
All packed up and ready for the week!
