Wife wanted to try making chocolate chip cookies with crumbled up bacon mixed into the dough on the Mini-Max tonight after we finished cooking dinner, came out better than I thought they would.

Do they come out smokey tasting? I find that even without wood, lump makes for a pretty smokey flavor. Not sure if I would like that in a cookie.

I made a baked apple pie on my Large. Came out pretty nice. The sugary apple filling pairs well with the little smokiness.
