Gotta make your own tortillas! I did not get the hype about the soapstone…until tonight. Awesome flavor and so easy to cook with. Fingers crossed it does not crack

Is that raw chicken on the soap stone at the highest level? Are you reverse searing it by putting it on the grates after?

Looks great and YES, the Soapstone is the best accessory for this dish if you ask me. Vegetables come of perfect as well.
