    Nice! I’ve been meaning to do this as I never see the orange Milanos in the stores anymore. They were my favorite.

    I worry about the flavor first, appearance second. You can always close your eyes when eating, but kinda hard to take a bite with your mouth closed.

    Going to assume you’re piping these. If you can find some ‘pretty’ ovals, print them out on paper and then place that under parchment paper to give you a guide. Also, if you think one looks really wonky before baking, take a spatula and scrape it off and back into the bowl.
