This is NOT my ramen, it is a screenshot from shunyacchan on IG. I understand the protection of the recipe, I understand he has perfected this over years of trial and error: but, how do I make a broth like this? This weekend I want to try my hand at making something similar but I don’t know where to begin and the google searches are all from those “better recipes” bs websites.

I would love to learn and be able to make this consistently. I can make the buldok “fancy” but I want a legit way to make REAL ramen. Thank you in advance!!!
