Hand crushed San marzano tomato sauce, red pepper flake, grated Parm and romano. Cooked at 550 for 10min in a standard electric oven.

    Looks great. So cheese came on top of the meatballs? I think most people would do sauce, cheese then toppings. But it looks like it worked!

    Provolone is far superior. Especially with meatballs. Looks great!

    Looks tasty as hell but honestly could use a lot more cheese for my preference. I appreciate a good sauce but those edges are cheese barren. As long as you liked it though, that’s all that matters.
