Smoked Wings 3 Ways

I missed all of PDX Wing Week again, so I made myself a pile of wings again. Brined, Nashville Hot seasoned, mesquite smoked then air fried. Tossed in Thai peanut with blueberry preserves, soy with gochujang, and Cholula Caliente with my house death sauce. All three sauces were very nice.
