Solid day smoking my first ever pork butt! 10 lbs and smoked at 250 for around 7 hours until 170 degrees. Pulled and put in foil pan with a stick of butter, brown sugar, white grape juice and put back on until around 200. I know I was a little impatient at the end (2 kids under 4 started annoying me lol) and it probably could have stayed in another hour or so. But overall feeling pretty hyped about today!

    Looks good, I’d personally add more time to get a darker bark on it. But as long as it was good for you that’s all that matters
