A commission from one of the clients of my vegan catering service, who grew up eating this luncheon meat. Recreating nostalgic foods with a cruelty-free spin for people is always very rewarding for me, and I get paid to do it 😁

    I love it! It has a 1960’s-1970’s aspic-era vibe to it. But looks so much better than most of those old recipes.

    What are you using for the cheese blocks? What would happen if you heat this?
