Ad NDUJA MARINATED OLIVES
Another heat wave is coming, which for me means minimal cooking and lots of picky bits. Starting with these delicious marinated olives. The star of the show here is the sainsbury’s taste the difference and do your paste. It’s so flavorful and new mommy pack that the only other things I’m going to add to the olive oil are garlic and some parsley for freshness. Now, of course, we need good quality olives and these sainsburries taste the difference ones are so nice and buttery and they take on the marinade really well. The longer they sit, the better they’ll be, which gives us time to make a quick cheat lin. It’s just Greek yogurt and salt. And the longer you let it strain, the thicker it’ll be, so you can decide what texture you are. This is something I love to make when it’s hot, especially when I’ve got friends coming around.
