HAD to make this — been thinking about it ever since I saw @PlantYou make it.
This was so easy. Highly recommend doing chocolate AND peanut butter 🏆 just add a little coconut oil/olive oil (whatever oil) to the chocolate so it doesn’t harden as much in the freezer. Add whatever flavoring you like to the whip, or just use a flavored protein you like. Delightful and really fun to make!
I feel like I’ve gone from being the pasta queen to a sandwich queen of sorts 😂 but don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten my roots 😏😏 got some pasta cravings lately that I’m looking forward to sharing with you! Stay tuned 📺

So, most people I see add just like flavored protein powder, but I like really hate artificial flavors. So, we’re doing unflavored, unsweetened protein powder. [Music] Yes, this is homemade vanilla extract. I actually made it for a family white elephant this past Christmas. And then the day before our Christmas party, I found out they canled the white elephant. So, merry Christmas to me. We’re using dark chocolate today because it is my favorite, but by all means, use whatever kind of chocolate you like. And we’re just going to microwave this in 30-second increments until it’s almost all the way melted. And then you’re just going to kind of stir it to finish melting those last little bits. You don’t want to overheat this because the chocolate will seize and then you’ll have to start all over. We are going to add some peanut butter. I absolutely love peanut butter. I’m going to put it in the freezer thinking it’ll need at least 3 hours. We want the whipped topping to be firm enough that it’s not just going to like squeeze out the sides when you bite into it, but not so firm that it’s difficult to eat. [Music] The whipped topping really is marshmallowy and ice creamy. It totally works as an ice cream sandwich. It totally works as s’mores. The only thing I’ll say is I should have added a little bit of oil to the chocolate so that it didn’t solidify, but other than that, this is genius and it’s so easy.

I highly recommend mixing the peanut butter into the chocolate and it prevents it from getting too hard versus maybe needing oil. The oil from the peanut butter does the trick for me when I make Chocolate covered strawberries so that the chocolate stays on each bite without cracking and I only use a dollop for my chocolate covered strawberries and you can’t taste the peanut butter, but in this case, maybe add more because you want that peanut butter flavor. Maybe something to try.
Congrats on your new baby! Been watching for a long time and am so happy for you and your journey! ❤
This looks so good. I'd love to try it . Can I freeze the leftovers?
Her body is tight. She doesn’t even look like she had a baby. 😘
