I live in Japan and the ingredients I used are Martelli spaghetti alla chitarra, guanciale imported from Spain, Zanetti D.O.P. pecorino romano, eggs, and mix of black and white pepper. I believe the mixing of black and white pepper is the only thing here that is not traditional. I've noticed high quality pasta like Martelli really melds well with the sauce that it actually makes cooking pasta easier.
