Bar Bill brings consistency like no other wing place in WNY. I don’t know how they do it to ensure the quality is the same at every location but they do it exceptionally.

Like Yogi said: No one goes there any more, it’s too crowded. I drove by yesterday, early afternoon before the Bills Sunday night game. It was deservedly packed, with more people waiting outside than they can fit inside. I reminisced with my wife how we used to walk right in & grab seats at the bar. Bar Bill deserves all the hype & worth the wait. Fortunately we live nearby & can go anytime I’m jonesing for a fix of hot or medium/hot.

I drive from Toronto Canada 🇨🇦 to eat these wings. Every wing after that is a down grade. Man Toronto really needs to up their wing game. Our wings suck.
