My biggest crop of wicked ghost peppers yet. These have been very productive and ripening even faster than my “early” Jalepeno variety. 3rd pic is some finished Jalepenos obviously

Those red jalapeños are screaming “ferment me and make sriracha!”

Those ghosties look amazing! I had a few myself this season but only one plant.
I did the same thing. Grew ghost peppers wicked ghost peppers in the ground with landscape fabric and I think I planted like 20 or 30 of them. I have so many peppers. It’s just insane how many ghost peppers I have and hardly anybody wants them. So I’ve just been dehydrating them and vacuum packing them in mason jars and then I got a bunch of early jalapeno peppers too. Red ones like those and I’m doing the same thing with them now.
I thought of pressure canning some of them but I decided that was going to be way too much work by the time you have to get the skins off of all of them and everything else. Plus I wouldn’t even use half a pint of ghost peppers before they would go bad after opening a jar.
