Not sure who is bagging these but I don’t think they red the cards? Bags had the wrong ingredients. A ton was missing and one bag was sealed without anything in it! Two ice packs broke in the box as well. This is the 3rd order in the last 4 with some kind of quality issue. What gives?

    Business must be failing. Had to discontinue US subscription because the Hello Fresh ship partner failed to deliver three boxes in a row. No remediation offered.

    I’m UK and my last couple of boxes have had a few things missing, particularly stock or seasoning packets, or wrong quantities of ingredients like meat (2 chicken thighs instead of 2 units (i.e. 2 packs of 2)) or smaller creme fraiche. Starting to get worried that they will suspend my account as making a claim every time!

    It’s annoying as the little things are often harder to buy or means either going without and not getting the full flavour or having to buy a whole bottle of something for a tablespoon or two which massively defeats the object of having pre-portioned meals!

    I’ve had a few leaky ice blocks, which seems worse when they pack cooled goods in this plastic bag filled with padding (I’m reasonably new customer and initially started with a partitioned box which seemed more secure and less packing heavy).

    Yep I’ve cancelled (again… I yo-yo on and off when I get discounts) and it might be for good as this was the most disappointing run I’ve had. With missing ingredients, stuff being wet/soggy and a whole punnet of squashed/leaking blueberries, I’ve never complained so much in a 5 week period!
