Really excellent NY-style slice with shishito peppers and sausage. Crust texture is basically perfect. I'd like to try it again before I make up my mind, but I think this could enter my top 10. (I'd probably put it almost on par with L'Industrie, but for now I still think L'Industrie has it slightly beat on toppings and overall flavor.)
The Sicilian was solid too. Extremely thick and fluffy crust above a nicely crispy bottom. It's a pretty unique texture, and I enjoyed eating it, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to eat it again. I'm getting two NY-style slices next time.
