dinner at Restaurant Bozar by Karen Torosyan — one of my favourite meals of 2025! best course imo was the crab (first course) and the weakest links were probably the lobster (a tad undercooked) and the fig tart. but everything was beautifully plated and shoutout to the brioche, which was heavenly.

wish we had pre-ordered one of the signature pithiviers and was completely salivating when i saw them serve one to the table behind us. next time!

    Really one of my favorite in the world.

    French classic techniques, modern tastes. And of course the museum next door.

    The brioche. This brioche. THE brioche, THE butter (and I got one for breakfast <3 ).

    I was alone but was able to eat the plates to share (pithiviers and mille-feuilles).

    When people ask me about Belgium and don’t want to go away to Wallonia, from anywhere in the world, I’m sending them there for sure.
