Never seen them but the griddle part would be cool. Would be extra cool if it had drip edges but still a cool add on

I’m tempted because i always lay aluminum foil on the cool side of the grill for food like chicken and pork to reach temp after searing direct.

I would want something to direct grease on the griddle side so you could put a try under it or something. That way its not just going on the sides of the grill. Just my preference though.

My only gripe with this would be if I need to add more coals. I’m assuming this thing is heavy as all hell.

Looks cool I’d like to have one. Be careful though, cooking bacon on that griddle will start a goddamn fireball

If that’s your intention and you know what you’re doing, then hell yeah go for it

I just throw a big cast iron pan on mine.

I have the stanbroil grill plate. Has a hole in the center, a rim and weighs a ton. It’s stainless steel. I pretty much use it for everything even as a heat displacer when I smoke.

I like the idea but, as others say, it could be improved.

Is that AI or CGI? I honestly can’t tell if real. I don’t have my glasses.

I had one like that before . It’s was great untill I broke it. Very good for searing and cooking . You can’t go wrong with it specially if its cast iron .

Im always worried these would be too heavy for my weber, like the pins on the outside bending if I pressed down to make a smash burger
