Something between a Chopped Cheese and a Cheesesteak.
I had done a very coarse grind on beef for meatballs. I had some extra so I made my wife a sandwich. I added baby bella mushrooms and American cheese. I wrapped it for shaping and steaming. I regretted not making my own.
