    If that container of meat glue is open it needs to be refrigerated or frozen. The enzymes supposedly stop working.

    Of course, if you’re like me you bought it thinking you’d do something cool and just…never used it.

    Just be aware, a lot of the spices will degrade when exposed to light. Might consider dark coverings if they are expected to last long.
