So this is a turbobloom-ish profile where I have a very fast fill rate but a very slow pressure ramp-up, then a very short bloom and a ramp-up to 4-5 bars before ending in 1:2
The coffee I am using here is Colombia, Huila, Caturra, and I was struggling with one very bad tasting note, which persisted no matter what I did despite having other very complex and nuanced flavors.
But when I used this profile, it actually yielded a very pleasant espresso where I would not gag because of that single weird floral note
