


Just started baking sourdough a month ago, I’ve made probably 10 loaves but very excited about this one🥹😭
Recipe:
90 grams sourdough starter
350 grams water
500 grams all purpose flour
14 grams salt
mix together
three 30 minute intervals of stretch and folds
let proof on the counter for 8-9 hours (with the weather getting colder)
shape and let rest for an hour
bake at 450 with two ice cubes
lid on for first 20 minutes
