Plate of the day

Hey guys!

Tonight was a shio ramen with a very dashi like type of tare. Nothing too special about the rest, chashu, Tokyo style noodles and the usual stuff. Worth mentioning that it's the first time ever that I managed sort of a fold which was cool!
