Ingredients (per wrap)
✅- 150g chicken thigh
✅- 1/4 cup AP flour (only a fraction will stick)
✅- 1 Whole Egg (only 1/2 will stick)
✅- 1/2 Cup Crushed Cornflakes
✅- Garlic & Onion Powder
✅- 1/4 head Romaine Lettuce
✅- Optional 14g Croutons
✅- 1 Low Carb Tortilla
✅- 2 Tbsp Light Caesar
Everyone says you can’t get in shape without giving up wraps. And it’s just not the case. Cuz I’m pretty sure if you dip chicken thighs in flour, egg, and corn flakes, you’re halfway done making a light chicken Caesar wrap. Then everyone’s like, “What?
